Purchase Application

I have registered my email, but I haven't heard anything from the admin. What should I do?

After the email registration, a verification mail is sent to you. The subject of the email is "[$XTR Travel Token Sale] Verify Your Email Address". Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it. If you can't find it, you can request a resend from tge@xtripz.net.

I have submitted a purchase application form but have not received any communication. What should I do? 

After submitting the purchase application, you will receive an application confirmation email. This email gives you the instructions of how to proceed with your purchase. The subject of the email is "[$XTR Travel Token Sale] Your application is received. Please make your payment". Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it.

I want to make some changes to my application, what should I do?

Payment

What should I look out for when paying? 

You must choose the address of your chosen currency. If you chose a wrong one, we would not be able to receive the token you have sent incorrectly. If we don't receive it, we won't be able to give you the $XTR travel tokens.

 

Please ask the support of your exchange, if you are not sure what deposit method you use.

 

Is there anything I have to do after I have paid? 

If you have used an exchange address for payment, you need to contact us at tge@xtripz.net. You need to send us the following two pieces of information and send the following two items of information:

  • Transaction ID (hash) in the body of email;

  • Screenshot of Transaction ID (hash) displayed on your wallet (not on Etherscan/Bitcoin explorer).

 

Also, you need to add $XTR as a custom token to your receiving wallet. Please refer to our official wallet address on our website here. After receiving your $XTR travel token, you can start planning your vacation and travel activities. 

I have made a payment but have not received any confirmation of payment. What should I do? 

You will receive an email confirming your payment a few business days after payment. The subject of the email is “[$XTR Travel Token Sale] Your payment is confirmed".

 

It's been a couple of days since I paid, but I haven't received any confirmation of payment. What should I do? 

There are two main reasons for not being able to confirm payment.

1.  the payment has not been reflected in our receiving account.
2.  the address from which the payment was made is different from the sending address you input in the purchase application.

In any case, please send the following information from the email address you input in your application:

  • Transaction ID (hash) in the body of email

  • Screenshot of Transaction id (hash) displayed on your wallet (not on Etherscan/Bitcoin explorer)

Why can't the screenshot for payment confirmation be a screenshot from Etherscan/Bitcoin explorer? 

The information in Etherscan/Bitcoin explorer is available to anyone and is not specific to the purchaser. Therefore, we need to check the transaction ID displayed on the purchaser's wallet (e.g., order history).

 

I can't see the transaction id on the wallet I used, and I can't send the screenshot required. What should I do? 

The following two are also counted as evidence;

1.  Screenshot of the transaction with the amount, currency, from-address, to-address and status information.
2.  Ask the support of your wallet for the transaction id of your transaction and forward the whole communication with the support person to tge@xtripz.net.

Bonus Plan

How do you calculate the number of $XTR purchases that qualify for the Bonus Plan? 

We will total the payments based on the applications made by the same email address throughout the different rounds of the TGE. If your total purchased $XTR is short of the amount on the list, you can add up by purchasing again.

In the 2nd round, you need to apply again from the token sale page even if you applied in the 1st round. You can use the same email address as the one you used in the 1st round.

However, within the same round, you cannot apply from the form multiple times with the same email address. If you want to purchase again within the same round, please contact at tge@xtripz.net.

When will I receive the extra bonus? 

The lock-up period also applies to the extra bonus and will be sent 25% of the amount at each due date.

What address will the extra bonus be sent if I submitted the different receiving addresses between the rounds?

We will send it to one of your submitted addresses. We cannot know which one beforehand.

 

I have applied and paid twice with different email addresses. I now want these two payments to be totaled. Can I change the email address I used for one application to the other one? 

You can change it but only once. Please contact us at tge@xtripz.net with the following information.

(1) Email address you wish to keep:
(2) Email address you do not want to use as a base email address for totaling your payments.
(3) Provide the round or rounds of the email address (2) exists: 1st, 2nd or both.

*The email address (1) should be already verified.
*The request should be sent from the email address (2).

General

Is it possible to buy $XTR by the amount lower than the minimum price? 

No.

Can I pay with something other than BTC, BNB, USDT or ETH? 

No.

Where can I find selling prices of the token sale? 

You can find on this website's Token Offering page.

 

Can 1st round participants participate in the 2nd round? 

Yes. In the 2nd round, you need to apply again from the token sale page even if you applied in the 1st round. You can use the same email address as the one you used in the 1st round.

 

What if I want to buy more than once in the same round? 

Please contact us at tge@xtripz.net from the email address you input in your application. You'll get the instruction.

 

How much $XTR is left? How do I know it is getting close to the end of the sale? 

When we get close to the limit, we will announce it in the token sale page as well as in our community.

How long is the lock-up period? When can I receive my $XTR token?

Lockup period will apply and be split into 4 parts and purchasers will receive 25% of their $XTR on each unlocking date.

  • 1st unlocking date is 30 days after the end of the 2nd round sale.

  • 2nd unlocking date is 60 days after the end of the 2nd round sale.

  • 3rd unlocking date is 90 days after the end of the 2nd round sale.

  • 4th unlocking date is 120 days after the end of the 2nd round sale.)

 

How do I find the sending address in my wallet? 

This is usually the same as the deposit address, but you should ask your wallet support for certainty.

 

What wallet can I use to receive my $XTR tokens? 

An BEP-20 compatible wallet, which can add custom tokens, and where you control the private keys.

 

Which wallet do you recommend for receiving $XTR tokens? 

If you are not sure which one to take, we recommend MetaMask, Trust Wallet or imToken.

 

If I don't receive my $XTR tokens, will I get back what I paid? 

We will send your $XTR travel tokens to your receiving address you input in your application. As long as our transaction is correct, we won't return the token you sent. Please make sure that your receiving address is correct and able to receive $XTR travel tokens.

 

I was spoken to individually on social media by an account claiming to be xTripz support. It has xTripz's logo. Can it be trusted? 

There are cases that people were contacted by a disguised xTripz account via social networks such as Facebook, Instagram or Telegram. They were offered a special discount on the sale and told to send money to the addresses which are not ours. 

The fake accounts look real with our Logo on it. However, please be aware that we will NEVER contact anyone in person. xTripz, the world's first community-owned travel travel experiences platform only has one official site.

 

All news are published on official xTripz accounts only, you can verify them with the links on our website. All communications are sent from the official email address only: tge@xtripz.net.

 

If there is a suspicious message, please contact us to check if it is genuine.
